Please join us on Thursday, 13th February, in Room no. 204 of the Academic Complex (near college boat club), COEP. Please bring along Laptop and a USB drive. Please try to complete the following tasks before coming to class.

• Read pages 14 – 119 of book "Business Model Generation" by Alexander Osterwalder
  
• Identify your customers. Define customer persona (and put together a list of real names)
  
• Identify value proposition(s) for chosen personas
  
• Update your canvas and be ready to present your updated canvas in the class along with explanation of your activities.
